I suffered a total loss in a car accident, trying to just get some advice moving forward I called these guys. 2 hours away, not ever meeting me but a phone call to understand my situation, this entire building went to work for me and my family. From Christian, to Jose, to Zander, to Kyle all the way down to the man himself Davron. They helped me defend myself against the total lost adjuster low offers on my totaled car. They educated me, provided me with tools, and really put the tools and knowledge in my hands to get through my accident. Never once pressuring me about buying a car, or focusing on finical aspects. They just helped me, once they knew I had my accident a little better handled and was ready to get a new car. They were right back up to bat, doing whatever needed to get me and my family in a car. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the people in this building, in the worst adult moment of my life these guys provided above and beyond customer care and honestly. Just basic human compassion, which is rare anymore. Do not hesitate to reach out to this team if you are in need, they truly care and they will help! Never thought I would buy a car out of state without seeing it. But here we are. Rob my sales guy made it very easy even though I'm sure I was a huge pain spending that much money on something and not seeing it I had tons of questions. Offered me a good price and offered to have it brought to me the only downside was he couldn't make it like originally planned it would have been way easier to have a sales guy here when signing everything but the guys that brought it were really nice. I highly recommend this dealership. I looked at a dealership here locally and they just wanted to pressure me and not give me a deal. So it was a nice surprise to contact right away get a good price and have everything made relatively easy. And can't say enough good things about Rob stand up guy and is a man of his word.

Yes, Riley was friendly and competent. Got me in the same day. Car's Firmware was updated and hopefully, that was the problem. I haven't yet had the car sit unused for two days, which was when the battery discharge occured, but Riley told me that if the problem continues, to give him a call.
